CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide you with the quality service you deserve and respect everyone's time, we ask you to read our policies carefully before scheduling. With prior notice: If you need to move your appointment, you must notify it at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to a new date within the same current month. Late notice: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances. We have a strict tolerance time of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, out of respect for the next client, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will be lost. For the well-being of our entire space and to ensure a safe application, access to the appointment will not be allowed if you have symptoms of: Respiratory diseases or general malaise (flu, cough, fever).
